Orlando, Florida Passport fraudulant withdrawal of 59.95 for accepting #1 package. And fraudualant withdrawal of membership fee of 149.99. Orlando, Florida, Winston Salem, North Carolina

Telephone marketer invited me to join travel club. I did not agree to any pymt. Until I accepted.

Did not accept, but was fraudulently chrg'd two amts on my checking acct.

Was forced to chg ckg acct num. Write letters to other creditors, had over the limit and late charges applied to my credit crds.

I lost sleep, and suffered mental anguish. Want compensation for all.

Can we use all these complaints to sue.
