Totally unhappy w/Wachovia! I had a nice acct. Until I was convinced to have a "Premium Acct." or something like that: WAY2SAVE. All I needed to put was $10 over in my savings acct. So, I thought okay. Opened the savings acct. And then I noticed a withdrawal of $20 in my checking acct. Phoned Wachovia and was told I need to keep a minimum of $1,000 in the checking and the withdrawal was penalty for not keeping $1,000 in my checking acct. (Had opened this just for small purchases, tiny little $ for flea market, etc.) The minimum of $1,000 was not explained to me at all!!! I would not have agreed to this at all. And, I cancelled WELLS FARGO c.C., nothing was on it, did not want c.C., either!!! Feel duped!!! Closed acct.!!! Never will I have an acct. W/Wachovia and never want to deal with WELLS FARGO!!! Wells Fargo was also calling me!!! Never wanted their c.C., did not use it at all.
