I found several charges in my bank account. I didn't know what they were for, and there weren't any phone #'s listed so that I could call them and ask. So I decided to go to the bank, there they found what it was for, and gave me the phone #s.
When I called all of them FLA PASSPORT, AGENT TRAVEL NETWORK AND TELEFLIX, it gave me a menu. It said that they had located my #, and gave me the option to cancel my membership (which I never authorized), I canceled it, and it said that they were going to give me a refund. However the menu doesn't give you the option to talk to an operator or anything like that.
I've been keeping an eye on my checking account lately, and I have not yet recieved a refund for any of those companies, because I had 3 different charges. One was $149.00, the second one was $59.95, and another one of $49.95. I would really like someone to help us resolve this problem!
