I recieved this trip in the mail, so i called and booked it for our honeymoon. After talking to the sales person, i recieved the package in the mail. They said i would be getting a vhs tape, i didnt recieve one. I than called the company back and finally got one back. I asked if i decide to cancel i could with a charge of only 9.95. I looked at the paper work and said to my husband this doesnt look right. I called them back and said i didnt want the trip, they gave me a discount of a total of 400.00 off the trip. So, i excepted the package. When we veiwed the video, the cruise ship looked like it was built in the 1950s. My husband wasnt to impressed!
So i called them back to find out that they wouldnt refund my money to me. I was fuming total package was 996.00 charged to my credit card. I am calling the attorney general of ct. I also put in a call to my credit card company and reported this information. What a ripoff. So, its all being investigated.
