I am Jake McCaslin, my family and I have been traveling with grey hound for MANY years. My last trip from BIllings Montana to Myrtle Beach South Carolina was a mess (keep in mind this is a 3 day trip). The first bus driver that was a young small black girl who could barely see over the steering wheel, when she got on the bust she decided to stand up, look at all the people on the bus and told them that if anyone talks, sneeze, or so much caughs to loud she would pull the bus over and kick us off... I had a guitar in a (hard case) and at every stop I noticed that they were piling stuff ontop of it which I thought would be ok because its a hard case, but it broke my case in 3 different spots. The bus depots in the bigger major cities were full of crack heads and drug dealers trying to sell off anything that they could to these people. Grey hound bus makes enough money to hire suitable security, not like the Lazy degenerates that work there now that walk around swingin their keys to a whistled melody ignoring all the shit thats going down in the terminal. With a FULL LOAD of people on our bus we stopped in a small town where apperintly some other disgruntled customers got stranded by their bus driver, and we ended up putting 5 other people on a full bus, we were shoulder to shoulder the whole time. I dont mind riding the bus, but I dred it every time I have to travel with Greyhound because of all the bad experiances I have had. I have wasted far too much money to be treated like a prisoner or a bumm. I demand that Greyhound pay for my next trip which is going to be in the next 2 weeks or sooner.
