My luggage was stopped for security reasons at Guangzhou airport on my journey to Delhi airport from Guangzhou.
Any how that luggage was sent to Delhi airport after 5 days after clearing the security checks and since then China Southern keeps saying with no documentary evidence that my luggage was then handed over to British airways for further delivery to me in London, where i live, there is no where abouts for it in the world tracer system which actually is the main system to trace all the passenger's luggage all over the world.
British airways state that they have received no such luggage in London as on date. The staff of China Southern airlines are still not able to find me missing luggage even though the British airways check in office is at the same airport which might take them only 1 minute to get their and understand the whole situation, but after so many international calls and waiting for more than 5 days, i personally feel that China Southern office does not feel its responsibility at all.
I am a frequent visitor to China but i am not sure whether i would actually be flying with China Southern Airlines ever in my life again, after seeing their behaviour and customer co-ordination at China Southern airlines Delhi Airport office, I have to unfortunately state all of them are bunch of A _s Hol_s, who have no idea what they are meant to do and why are they sitting in their office.
PS: I was flying Business class
