I was flying with China Southern to Amsterdam and back, and they lost my baggage BOTH ways. On the way to Amsterdam they delivered it the next day, with a wheel broken and the dent/cut along the suitcase, so it couldnt be used again. On the flight cz301/308 back to Sydney on 11 Aug I'm still waiting for my suitcase. I'm calling baggage services every day and they keep saying that they are looking for it. They also said that they were talking to CS reprezentatives, but they have no matches. Tried to complain to CZ directly, but it looks like you can only contact sales department - how nice!
The suitcase is full of things that i bought overseas, and presents from my family that I see only every few years.
I also have problems understanding how can a airline loose a buggage both ways, as that NEVER happend to me before, and i fly overseas at least twice a year.
