As owner I am irritated by the agressive sales at reception. It spoils your holiday. Over the years I have made many complaints with no result. So I did this time. Oh lala we were visited by a nice guy called Wayne from customer service who had nothing to do with these disgusting sales he said. But in order to fill out a proper complaints form we were asked to pass by Customer Service. We did this morning and what happened this guy was not interested in anything else than selling his points system. So customer service for owners on Orange Lake doesn't exist. It is a shame that Holiday Inn so proudly connect his name to this kind of cheating practices
