We have purchased furniture from this company and they made a mistake by delivering us the wrong item so we sent it back, then we called the company on the same day and were told, 'too bad the sales representative that you bought this item from isn't here so you have to wait till they come back from their holiday to get service'. Then i asked to speak to their store manager to file a complaint about the service and was put through to another customer service phone rep who pretended to be a manager and to make it worse, i finally contacted the sales representative and all she told me was 'i'm being impatient and she doesn't have time to deal with this issue' and 'you shouldn't take life so seriously' but i clearly explained to them that customers shouldn't have to wait till their sales representative comes back from their holiday to get service. What kind of service is that, any customer should be able to speak to a store manager if they aren't satisfied with the service and they shouldn't have to wait a week to get the serice either.
No matter how small or big the item is the customer should always get the service they deserve regardless of the circumstances, as customers we don't pay tax, shipping fees and any extra fees to get told that we have to wait for when it's convenient for them to give us service. And the worst part is that during the whole situation not once did i ever here anf apology for any mistakes that was made.
