Very unhappy with roomstays. First of all, I did not realize and it was not made clear that there was a $9.95 service fee. Secondly, even though I'm being charged this non-refundable fee, I still have ZERO option to cancel my reservation, which I would have wanted to do, as the tourist train that I was going to take has cancelled their trips due to a derailment. I will stick with hotels.com in the future. Never use them!!!
