My husband and I traveled together on United Air line to Alberta, Canada. To my surprise we were placed in separate seat with total strangers, even though we booked four months in advance. Next when we arrived in Alberta at Edmonton Airport we went to the luggage area to retrieve our luggage and only got one of our luggage and had to wait a whole day to hear from the airport, however they told us we had to wait six hours for them to deliver, we had to go and pick up the luggage our selves. Thank God we got both our luggage when we arrived back in New York.
