Went to what I thought was an Expedia booking site. I was booking two rooms so thought it would be better to call. Person represented himself as if he were with Hyatt place. Since, that is who I was calling I booked both rooms. During the process (as soon as he took my credit card number) the call was dropped. I tried to call back, as I still had questions, but, to no avail. Then began receiving emails saying rooms were confirmed, under the column heading REFUNDABLE? Was the word YES. HYATT PLACE's cancellation policy on their website states you may cancel up until 4pm the day of your stay. Due to a change in my Mom's health, we had to cancel our plans. I went to cancel and then discovered that the term Non-refundable was on my cancellation confirmation. Have tried calling several emails. On my credit card it is billed from TPS EAN Travel but they claim that they are part of Room Stays.
