I attended a vacation ownership seminar and was offered a cruise on Carnival Cruise Lines upon completion of the seminar. All I was responsible for were taxes and port charges for the cruise. Foolishly I sent them a check for these charges and have not heard from them. Ofcourse now, the number has been disconnected and they are no longer in business. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and Arizona Attorney Generals office. I hope anyone else out there that has been swindled, will do the same.
