I used expedia.com for the first time to book a flight to travel from Baltimore to Augusta, GA. To keep expenses down, I chose to travel thru Reagan Aiport in DC. I specifically searched for an AM flight return for 7/16, chose a flight listed, and trusted the website to be accurate. The AM ONLY search produced one flight that was actually a PM flight, the one I chose. Customer Service, via phone, states this is my fault and my problem and it is not their responsibility if their website is inaccurate. To correct the ticket, so I can return in time for school, I will have to pay $200 - the cost of the round trip flight! It is ridiculous I pay the fee when it is expedia.com that caused the error in the first place. I would like to talk to a representative that does not leave me on hold for 30 minutes before the supervisor reads from a promt saying its my fault before hanging up.
