I determined we must be part of a marketing research study. To see how much mistreatment customers will take for a cheap flight. 7 hour flights with no reclining seats, no apron in front of you to put your stuff, magazines, books, etc., no air vents above seats. They actually took all of these out. Had to cost more to take them out than to leave them. Whatever. Short flights may be okay to take but a longer flight is misery.
