I ordered tickets to fly from Billings, MT to St. Lucia for my honeymoon in September.in January and February I received a few emails giving me times of flights that had moved times by a few minutes. No biggie. Until about 2 weeks ago. My flights completely changed! Almost all of them are at completely different times and my return flight is a completely different path from my original reservation. I thought it had all been resolved when I spent 2 hours on the phone with them. Then I received an email that notified me that my flights has again been changed and I now had a layover that was only 24 minutes! I then called customer service and was put on the phone with a man that was very rude. He then told me he would figure it out for me and give me a call. It has now been 5 hours since he told me that. I then called back to customer service because they had canceled a leg of my flight! I now, on my return flight, have lost the flight that gets me from Denver, CO back to Billings. I have been on hold for 45 minutes already and still holding... I am very upset with Orbitz and will not be using them again. I am very worried as to whether or not I am going to be able to get to my honeymoon. Never again..
