I was very impressed on how the agent quickly acted upon my last minute flight request. Brian did a great job explaining to me what the pros and cons were of taking a certain flight rather than the others. The price was below what I was finding online and the itinerary he gave me was the best of the bunch. Thanks to Brian, I am now relieved and off to my flight. I would be glad to book with him again next time.
