I had a room booked through your your company on march 22. I was unable to make the trip so i cancelled on march18. I have a cancellation no. 40557219. I would appreciate it very much if you would please take the 360.11 off my credit card as I cancelled in plenty of time. My e-mail is [email protected]. Please respond as soon as possible. I am very disappointed in the way this matter has been handeled or rather not handled
