I bought 2 tickets for my grandparents with a layover of 2 hours back and forth. Now, orbitz changed it to 17 hour layover. I called regarding this matter and they said that the airline made the change and that there is nothing they could do about it. Now my grandparents have to stay in an airport for 17 hours. I just can't believe. I did not pay for this flight schedule and they will not provide me a refund. I will never deal with Orbitz.
