I fly American Airlines from Argentina mostly because I have no other choice, mainly when travelling from Argentina to the US.
The aboard service is disgusting (including the food) the personnel treats you as if were doing you a favor, during my last trip to the US on the way there we all caught a cold because we spent the whole trip freezing, on the way back we had sweaters and jackets to stand the cold but instead the cabin was boiling hot, as I mentioned before all personnel on land and on the plane is terribly nasty and the food is trash.
Now I am being sent all kinds of mail telling me that the merger with US Air is a great thing. I dont understand why or how American will improve its business model by merging with another carrier.
