I completed a detailed complaint against three American Airlines employees in Dalls Ft Worth for neglecting a handicap passenger and then harasssing me for bringing it to their attention.
My complaint was swept under the rug and covered up by the management at the Dallas Hub after my complaint was sent to the Executive Offices of American Airlines.
A letter I received today from American Airlines did nothing to answer or explain any of my concerns.
To date, American Airlines has covered for the illegal behavior of their employees. The leadership in dealing with customer complaints is below average and rather than trying to fix a problem, they have become part of the problem.
Americans must stand up against companies like American Airlines.in fact, it's rather ironic that they have the name "American" in their company name.
I have emailed all of my friends and associates and started a letter writing campaign to every Fortune 500 company President asking them not to fly on American Airlines. I have included my 16 page complaint letter.
Just image if you, or your mother were treated in the fashion I was, and then to have American Airlines cover it all up by one of their so called investigations.
No more! Enough is enough and consumers will no longer tolerage abuse from American Airlines.
