The worst company to book a flight with. They tell you there in new york but everyone has an east indian accent. I got passed around to 5 people and all have north american names with bad east indian accents. They cancelled our booking by mistake and try to make up for it by telling us the flight was cancelled when i was calling form the ticketing desk and then they told me my card declined. Then they offered a $500 discount for a next day filght with another airline that was already $500 cheaper aways. So it was a bullshit discount. Finaly we got fed up and hung up. We missed our flight, stranded in paris and cost us $ out of pocket for food, hotel, and travel. Not to mention $200 phone bill waisting my time talking to them.
