Complaint / Review The Worst Online Ticket Experience

Place an order on Cheapoair's website for travel the next day. When I received the email confirmation it was for the wrong date. Called for assistance (Indian call center) and was hung up twice (must be a cultural thing). Third time I called and was told I did something wrong - go figure... Missed my uncle's funeral. Do not use this sight if you have a specific date to travel...
