Greyhound Bus definately doesn't have their cutomer's interst's like most business's would. I had the misfortune of having to use the Greyhound from Brandon, Man. To Moose Jaw. Sask. Unfortunately in December it is very cold. When you have to wait outside for the bus from 2:30 am until it finally arrived at 5:15 am. It should have arrived at 2:40. There is the bus depot, beautiful building, heated, and locked up tighter than a drum. No place for customer's to get out of the weather, or to get any information about arrival time. I think that they need to get a new CEO, preferably one who knows how to run a business. If they don't want to serve the public at least have the decency to close your business so people can make other arrangements.
