I reserved a cruise with gloria mcdonald.
SHe booked me a cruise with royal carribean.
The promo was book an Oceanview and get a free balcony upgrade.
I gave a deposit to secure the cabin.
A month later I confirmed with royal carribean what my cabin #.
Found out she did not get us the upgrade.
Tricked us on putting a deposit.
Waited on the last day to tell us that balcony is no longer avail.
So we cannot get a refund for the deposit...
Now we cannot get our deposit back due to royal carribean policy.
False advertising.
Denying she booked us...
I CALLED AVOYA travel and they said
she is independent and they are responsible for her.
What a B!!!
Be careful with this company
they do not have a supervisor or customer service.

Beware!
