I am another person sucked in by this company. On September 22, a pop-up appeared on my computer and I responded to it. I was suspicious at the beginning. After speaking with the person on the phone for OVER 20 MINUTES and listening to his pitch which was a 5 days / 4 nights in Florida, I told him I wasn't interested. I then asked if he had anything available in Las Vegas. And he consulted someone, came back, and said he did. He gave me the information and I took it hook, line and sinker.
I have been trying to contact them to arrange my reservations but keep getting the run-around. Not only that, they say the date I want is not available. They also informed me that Las Vegas is only for 3 days / 4 nights. My reservation confirmation says 5 days / 4 nights in Las Vegas. I would like my money returned. When I called and asked to speak to the manager I got a recording saying he was away for two weeks. The next person available never answered the phone.
