In March of after the inssisting of the sale representative, I bought a vacation from Ramada Plaza Resorts. The vacation includes 3 days 4 nights in south Florida, 2 days cruise to Bahama, 2 nights at Orlando. The price was $996 for a couple and I paid 50% of the total cost which was $498 and the rest will be paid 60 days before my travelling and I have 3 years to use this vacation.
On 10/26, I received a phone call from Ramada Plaza resorts.
The representative told me that I have a balance in my account and must be Paid. I said but I did not plan for travelling yet He said you do not have to decide you just need to pay the balance. I said you told me that the rest of the money should de paid 60 days before travelling. He answered would you like to speak with the manager I said yes.
I spoke with a person who identefied him self as the Manager (I think his name was Antonio) This person has 0 customer curtesy and very very rude and I really wonder How he works in the Hospitality buisness.
This person yelles at me over the Phone to pay the money. I told him you can not call me to take money now. This guy screemed at me over saying (Sir this is not a rocket math you have to pay now or your account is closed) I was shocked and said no, he said your account is closed, and he hung up on me.
Now I need to go no where with Ramada Plaza Resorts after my awful experience with your poor customer service even if it was for free. I just need my money back.
