Customer service - PRICE ASSURANCE

I usually use another company, but I chose to go with Orbitz strictly due to their "Price Assurance". After four hours of trying to get bookings, I was able to get my vacation booked only to find out after my credit card had been charged, that it was not covered under the "Price Assurance". I called customer service, to find out that their customer service was horrible. The manager basically called me incompetent (I have a doctorate by the way) in understanding advertisements. He said he couldn't do anything. No compensations, no suggestions, no help! After talking to this customer service manger, I don't believe the customer is important to this company.
