I arranged a sail on Circus and was informed from the travel broker at Affordable Excursions that I'd obtain $75 onboard credit after I reached the vessel. I never received it. After I delivered in the sail, the broker stated I had been designed to provide a certification with me. I informed her I never obtained a certification and that I was guaranteed the credit after I boarded the vessel. She stated she was on holiday and it has no copy therefore could not recommend me that I needed a certification. After I named Carnival I had been informed that Inexpensive Journey never taken care of the onboard credit. Affordable Travels has been doing nothing to solve this case. Do not utilize them. They're extremely unprofessional.
