Shame on Canadians!
Employees of Toronto Coach Terminal pushed, beat and fooled around passengers on 12/29
At or around 10:25pm on 12/28, four of us arrived in the terminal and planned to take coach bus
scheduled at 10:45pm back to New York. When we arrived, we saw a line of approximately 100 passengers lining up
on Lane 9 in cold and freezing weather. Later, we found out that most of them had gotten there at or about 8:45pm and got no buses to return home with neither advice nor announcement.
All the passengers stood and lined on Lane 9 suffering from cold and refrigerated weather until midnight when they announced that due to the back-logged of buses because of the weather, there wouldnt be any buses until 1:00am on 12/29 and they also advised those who needed not to be back home in urgent to stay one more night in Toronto.
