Carnival Cruise
Carnival lies to its Platinum membe

Complaint / review text:
On 04/15/2012, my loved ones continued the Carnival Triumph and that I desired to buy FCV deals for upcoming cruises.

While you can confirm the Triumph doesn't market FCVs and also the mind of the Guest Services table onboard explained to obtain them on my next sail

And it'll work with any sail I-book. And so I arranged many cruises (8 of these) such as the next the one that was about the Desire on 08/25/2012

(that we applied among my prior FCVs). About the Desire, I particularly informed the voucher salesman that I'd previously reserved more than 8 cruIses

And desired to buy 6 $100 deals. The salesman offered me the FVCs and believed to make use of the deals on my reserved cruises.

I then called-up Circus and had a salesman enter my FVC quantity for my next sail on 11/18/2012 about the Cure which she stated

The $100 stability could be acknowledged by my FVC with extra onboard credit.

Today I get a contact rejecting my 6 FVCs declaring that my deals were bought after I arranged the cruises.

Would you see an issue below??? Misinformed carnival sales agents (liars?) in the ship's guest providers, to

The dreamis fvc saleserson towards the 800-circus salesman.

I've be misinformed (feasible lied to) by a lot of your workers, actually being guaranteed the FCV primary and onboard credit.
