Misbooked my room, refused refund

On November 18, I applied the Expedia site to guide a for December 20. To do this, there is a start date diary one presses to pick the day. I picked Nov 20 and also the end-date area instantly set-to November 21. I established this and my card was billed.

The consultant set mean store and returned and stated he may find not a problem using the site and may just provide me a discount for $50. I'd never conduct business with Expedia again, to ensure thatis fairly insulting. I'd like my complete reimbursement of $77.90. Expediais code issues aren't my problem.

The boss I next talked with explained that since the mail outlined the sign in day as November 18, it had been a deal which she should support. I subsequently noticed that given that they arranged me to get a smoking space (used to donot need) also it was an area which *didnot actually exist*, they didn't support their end-of that agreement aswell. The small type: avoid using the services of these folks. Their site is problematic, their customer support people change tales, plus they do not actually maintain records about client connections or conflicts.
