Worst customer service

Call nettalk to ask a billing question. The representative was horrible. She asked for my user info and phone number, then told me that my account couldn't be found. I told her I can log in to my account on nettalk website and I was looking at my nettalk account right now even as we spoke. And she just kept saying she can find my account and then she ask for my order number which is on the shipping box when I ordered nettalk unit over 2 months ago. I told her I don't have the box anymore. And she kept saying that's the only way she can access my account. I then ask her to just log in my account from any internet browser, the very same way I was logged in. She said she cannot do that, and insisted I don't have the order number from the shipping box, there is nothing she can do. After about 10 minutes on the phone with her, I was just dumbfounded and frustrated. She was less helpful than a monkey! She then told me to call their technical support instead. I told her my question is about billing, and she just told me to call technical support because she can't do anything. I finally called their tech support, and after wait on the phone more than 40 minutes, I WAS STILL ON HOLD! I finally hung up in frustration and still did not get my issue answered. This product is piece st! The call quality is very inconsistent, they will ad mysterious charges to your account. The customer support is non-existent. The company seems full of bunch incompetent people. Do not buy it!
