Visited a Verizon shop on March 1, to start a brand new account. They'd me create a cost through Billmatrix about the telephone to repay my prior consideration which was just $203.33, but billed me $511.95. I acquired a contact of my cost confirmation also it confirmed the cost visited an unfamiliar account number. I sent Verizon my bank record, displaying the cost was removed from my bank account. Verizon promises they're not able to discover where my payment went and can't credit my bill with my cost.
