I'm wondering why they're still operating. I had been informed about 4 weeks before after I did not get my moments that it had been my phone since it was so aged (purchased last year) that I had a need to purchase a new telephone. Was moved more than 5 occasions and on-hold for just two hours. Boss stated they'd not try it again (provide me my COMPENSATED moments) that I'd to purchase a brand new telephone. Then I attempted to stop support on Friday and was till billed on my charge card beause their site did not stop all 3 of my telephones. I'm today on-hold over and time again, they WOn't pay my costs and inform me I've to call-back since it isn't allowing them to stop the providers. The corporation is just a RIP-OFF PLUS THEY MUST BE TURN OFF. They've individuals who can't comprehend you and also you cannot realize them. All-they keep saying is the fact that awful software "I am aware your problem" NUMBER THEY ADD"T since when they did I WOULDN"T BE TO THE PHONE OVER ONE HOUR!!!
