The underside type of my criticism is the fact that Tracfone wouldn't remain behind what their customer support representatives explained. And, due to it I had been not able to interface my telephone number. Their Repetitions explained that I really could move the moments I'd quit on my Tracfone possibly before or after porting the amount. Therefore, once I (really AT&T) began the procedure of "porting the amount" I named Tracfone (minute phone where I had been LIED to) and had the moments moved. When I attempted to complete the interface, Tracfone explained that since my telephone was deactivated so that they couldn't port the amount. Two of the Repetitions lied and also the "boss", that I requested to become used in, could not perform a factor for me personally. Stated I'd need to purchase more moments and reactivate my telephone. And, he really stated I'd require a new simulatoris card!!! Achieving customer support is hard enough and that I have yet to talk to one which includes a "minimum" highlight—I continuously keep these things please replicate the things they have stated and proceed slowly. There's so much background sound that it creates their highlights actually harder to comprehend. Tracfone includes a LARGE customer support issue and really should be prevented being an alternative for "pay-as you-go" cell use.
