Ok I had been in a household sharing strategy with my mother. Today yesturday I named Verizon Wireless to stop my telephone because the agreement currently ended on 9/13 and simply wished to abandon my mothers telephone with support. Well you know what? The consultant explained they couldn't stop the telephone until March 25th! Perhaps its since my payment period is in the 26th towards the 25th of each month. But I dont care they state that you are able to stop your telephone anytime without spending a charge for the cancelation when you're completed with your agreement! Therefore the repetition stated that she might hold my telephone and today I've to pay for the following month the suspension charge of $15.00 as well as the regular costs! Verizon Wireless is just a rip-off along with a liar! Once my agreement is on the following telephone that will be in jan all change to AT&T. Has anybody actually experienced this kind of issue aswell?
