Efund of deposit

I settled a $250.00 safety deposit to possess my house web, telephone, and cable TV. Which was April 6. Our work moved me in November. I delivered all my gear and settled my statement present in expectation of my transfer. After my move I called back again to Verizon to stay my consideration and get my deposit. I had been informed because I had been " Overdue" i diminished my deposit also it wouldn't get back.
