Broke contract and expect me to keep ine or pay

We have a 2 year contract with each phone.in my SeptOct. Bill, we received a bill in which we were being charged a fee for each individual phone, which is not part of our contract. Each phone is free other than the (9331). This was never part of our contract so I contacted Sprint by phone, and they told me to make the necessary adjustments to my bill… meaning to deduct the charges, and send In the appropriate amount according to our contract. I want to note that I was very specific about grandfathering in the original agreement before signing on with them for another 2 years. Once again, this month, I was charged for each individual phone a fee. I again contacted Sprint. I was that the Sprint Corporation… how do you say… deleted all contracts that were not up to their current plans, and were simply breaking their contracts with anyone who had old plans or contracts with them. I asked to speak to a supervisor, and was told this was the case… pay the money, and that’s just too bad for me. I then asked for the corporate number. The agent put me on hold, came back a minute later, and said Sprint Corporate would have to contact me. I replied, “Well I guess I will have to trust you for that wont Iâ€. Sure enough the phone call would never come.

These two agents I spoke to told me that a notice was put in my JuneJuly billing. They told me that it told customers within these contracts, that if they wanted out of their phone contracts without being penalized, they should contact Sprint within 30 days. There was no such notice in my bill. And even if there was, does that give Sprint the right to break my contract? I read my bills, but only for the purpose of how much they charge me. This isn’t the first time I have had to call them regarding changes to my billing concerning these type of charges over the years. I was getting tired of having to call them so frequently. Not only that, but I never expect to have to look for anything to change when I am in a contract. The conclusion of this situation was that since I missed the time frame to cancel my phones, they wanted me to pay $90 per phone to get out of my contract. I am under contract for 10 more months. So I was to either, accept my lumps and pay the monthly fees, or cancel my phones at $90 apiece. My thoughts… SIMPLY OUTRAGEOUS! They want me to honor my contract, but they will not honor mine? And if I don’t honor my end of the contract, they will destroy my credit! Outrageous!
