Our cell support was stopped since I had been more than 15 times overdue. I've been with AT&T for more than 2 decades and also have experienced surplus of thirty days overdue numerous occasions but it was the very first time I had been stopped. After I unearthed that I had been stopped, I settled instantly. Later that evening I obtained a notice within the email stating I had been VULNERABLE TO being stopped (notice was dated 5 days preceding). Additionally, it stated I'd be billed $40 for reconnection. I named AT&T to obtain the cost waived, but after going right through three repetitions, they'd just renounce half.

They said they named (appears they named my spouseis telephone), texted me (they didn't), and delivered me emails (they delivered one - apart from their everyday junk seeking me to register for more providers - however the e-mail they delivered simply stated "contact" - no cause, no indicator it had been about payment, nothing). I've been really pleased with AT&T formerly, but I am truly contemplating returning to Verizon as a result of this event. I requested the Boss if this is exactly what they contemplate great customer support - cutting-off support just before notification written down, and altering their plan on cost without notice, after which ostensibly calling the client a liar.in the place of remembering AT&T when I had completed previously, I'm losing time for you to criticize them below - which will not be the final location I actually do so.

Good work AT&T - you have switched an avocet right into a detractor for $20!
