Horrible customer service

I've had the toughest customer support through Capital one which I've actually experienced in my own 32 years of bank. Sadly after Wachovia was purchased out I shifted my consideration of 20-plus decades to Capital One. They've too much to provide so far as their providers, but their Customer Support is completely TERRIBLE! I spend my expenses through the internet bank. I've 2 car loans likely to the exact same location and due on a single day. Capital One required the cash from my consideration your day it had been due, but based on them, they really deliver an electric draft. Our credit union didn't obtain among the inspections, therefore after 10 times I obtained a late-notice. Simply because the resources were removed about the day these were due, this puzzled me. I named Capital One plus they had no idea how to proceed, no recommendations. I required they call my credit union and tell them that in great faith I settled my cost promptly. Within the mean-time, these were designed to deliver another check. After another 4 times, but still no payment, and today my Credit Union has set a freeze on my resources there, about $4000, I am out $4600 using the dual payment. I named Capital Someone To let them know to not deliver another check since I had been likely to spend it myself. I needed my account paid instantly! I acquired their scripted reaction, "the cash is likely to be attributed back again to your consideration in 2 - 4 times. Six-days later no credit, I contact once more, requesting somebody that may help me. You know what you CAn't keep in touch with anyone apart from customer support to create a criticism, you've to create for them. Long story short, 21 nights later I get my money-back, 9 times after I settled it another period. Today... They delivered the Next check anyhow, my credit union remains it and it is delivered for end payment. I currently get billed by my CU $15 for returned check. I create Money One online to obtain a reimbursement due to their mistake in delivering a second checkout. Their response is the fact that they don't feel accountable for the cost, that my CU shouldn't have banked it. Therefore... I get caught using the cost. I clarify this entire scenario continues to be only a headache and that I may contemplate shifting my consideration elsewhere or even returned. You know what??? NOBODY CARES!

Absolutely an initial ever for me personally with bank!!
