Poor Customer Service and Horrible Signal

I have been with Boostmobile for over annually about the Endless $50/month strategy. I had been fairly pleased in the beginning despite the fact that my sign athome was usually sub par. Recent months have already been terrible. I've been without support at-all all night on-end and also you need to outsmart their telephone program to obtain a live person. Suggestion - Never use choice for current client and enter your telephone number since you WOn't obtain a live person. While I-do obtain a live person I am on-hold permanently receiving transmitted backwards and forwards their only clarification is there is a structure along in my own region and my telephone must be functioning. I am so sorry I reboosted my telephone a week ago but which was the final $50 they'll get from me since I simply requested a Samsung Intercept for Virgin Mobile. Our child has one and he or she does not have any issues with her sign. I really like the ideas Boostmobile presents since they're really inexpensive however they do not mean significantly if youthe sign is down all of the period, I'd have now been an extended time client when they had a trusted sign and to any extent further I'll recommend individuals to not use their support. I really hope the organization is monitoring their unfavorable remarks and rankings simply because they may convert that to missing clients and cash.
