The service, Customer service, Signal strenght its awful, Called about 10 time since 5 month i had problem regards to signal at my work location, they never listen waste my time and their own, It was acceptable at all when they we cannot do anything aboout the signal, I just had babay and most of the time droppeed called from my home. Every time called they we will call you back or our manager will call. Why they doing this way. Then transfer me to Loyalty deparment they asked same question;s agian waste mine and their own time. One of the agent we get paid by hourly so thats is reason we put on hold for longer then expedcted wow. Wasting company money """""""""""please do something
