I've been a 011 Communications client for nearly 10 years. Our prior price for global calls to Spain was 3.5 dollars for that previous year 5. Our last statement billed me 7 cents each minute. I am really furious using the cost change and also have no idea what's resulted in it. After I named customer support, a lady worker explained the price happens to be 7 dollars each minute which the 3.5 dollars I've been spending money on the previous year 5 was something problem. This truly made me upset, since I often contact the organization once every 8 weeks for small issues, for example bad reception. Each time, I inquire about the price with Russia. Each time, I had been educated the price was 3.5 cents each minute with Russia and 2 dollars each minute with Moscow. Today they tell me the pc was damaged? I am pissed and being truly a very long time person, I-donot deserve this mistreatment. Until my fee is set towards the prior cost, I'll finish my business with 011 Communications and join another company. Being a person for nearly ten years, I've never anticipated this kind of misuse. The Russian speaking customer support consultant explained the machine was damaged and also the English speaking customer support consultant explained the cost has improved.
