At & T
No business phone for 3 weeks because of at&t

On January 14 we called AT & T and spoke to Leroy explaining that we were moving our office from 6 A to 12 A (same building/just different floors) on Friday January 28 (2 weeks notice) and he confirmed that a technician will be calling us with the exact timing that day (from 8am to 5pm).

We moved that Friday, Times Warner transferred our high-speed internet with no problem but we got worried when by 4pm we still did not hear from
AT & T... After calling many times (punching many numbers) we finally got a person, Thea, on the phone who confirmed that they made a mistake and that someone will be calling us over the week-end and to give them phone numbers which we did with several personal mobile numbers.

We are back at the office on Monday 1/31 and nobody had called... Again spending many hours before being able to talk to someone we learned that we will have to wait another 2 weeks and, even though it was their mistake, that the way it is...

We are now in our 3rd week without phones. Can you imagine the damage for a business. When we asked to have our calls forwarded to an emergency number, we were told that it will take the same amount of time as the reactivation of our services... This sound so outrageous nowadays with our advance technology...

On Friday February 11, a technician came to connect our phone lines from the basement to our office and told us that everything was in order. However, when we tried to use our phone we realized that we had outside lines (with a temporary number) but could not receive any phone calls.
Unbelievable but true.

At this point, we are still waiting for another technician (obtained a repair ticket number yesterday) and we learned that nobody could come before Friday... Another week to wait???'

Everyone I talked to agreed at AT & T that it is their mistake but they did nothing to prioritize Hepco having phone lines as emergency

Needless to say that everyone at the office is very frustated and I cannot even imagine the lost of business that may have occured due to this situation.
