Can't access account bill paid but diconnected phone

I'venot had the opportunity to gain access to my consideration to pay for my statement for just two months. I settled in a cricket shop before my deadline with guarantees that my consideration could be acknowledged and my telephone support wouldn't be disconnected. It had been disconnected and at cricket they stated that the couldn't remove my support and return my cash simply because they could not access my bill. Is that this in any manner to complete business? No telephone support with no cash exactly what a ripoff. Avoid cricket
