I registered for ATT Uverse six months before, shifting my Television, internet & telephone support for their Uverse system. I had been informed there could be endless long-distance calling (like Comcast's "triple play"). I had been informed I'd get 1 HD/DVR package. I had been informed there is NO agreement.
Once The technology found deploy my support, he explained that I had been not registered for an HD package. The woman who got my purchase had lied in my experience. Furthermore, after my first statement I understood I had been NOT obtaining free unlimited calls. Two lies to obtain my company
After I called to protest, they "offered" me some free providers (more film stations, more bandwidth) and altered my cellphone plan towards the endless phone strategy. I still needed to spend extra costs, but it was aggressive using the Comcast Triple-Play and so I went withit.
In Regards to A month before Comcast offered me a "return to Comcast" promotion and so I chose to modify back again to Comcast. After mailing all my gear back, I still got one more statement? I settled it! FOOLISH error since all providers are taken care of on "pre pay" conditions. Nowadays, I get another statement within the email from ATT declaring there's an "early termination" charge. WHAT? That woman who I initially talked with explained there is NO agreement.
After I called customer support/payment, they inform me the cost ($135) is billable simply because they delivered me (3) emails declaring my consideration was today under a-1 year agreement!?
What? Another ATT rip off and much more awful customer support.incidentally, my HD image usually had fluffy/digitized blocks at the end of my display. These are ELIMINATED with Comcast as well as over-the-air HD signals. ATT Uverse HURTS.
