Not able to get touching customer support. Contact system extremely difficult. After contact they didn't respond as guaranteed. After two weeks without phone support - once more i proceed thru the gammic of having touching them and manage to encourage them to call me by appointment at my house they spend almost one hour having me hook and disconnect wiring and turning off and on the machine and awaiting them to evaluate the solutions i supply - they tell me it's my wiring. I describe that their specialist quit the wiring suspect by making open wires in my own connect - that has worked before last fourteen days. Then your phone repair man informs me he will get a technican in the future out at my cost, that will be agreeable to me and that i acknowledge however the telephone man stays 10 moments showing herself that i accept pay whatever it requires if it's our wiring to blame. Then your man creates the appointment for that technican in the future out and demands myself or someone are at my home to get a 4 time time frame to schedule the visit. I need he plan it and observe that they have to call me and provide me 10 units to obtain here to satisfy the technican, simply to listen to the telephone man tell me how it's a poor idea as well as their technican does not have to call me - i simply should be here waiting to meet him. Following a half-hour i convice the telephone man-mathew - togo ahead and routine the technican and i would like to take my odds meeting him. It appears there's no such thing as customer care with att uverse. You might think you could encourage them to use you a bit being they've got two weeks to obtain around to doing something about the interruption.
