I've needed to contact nearly every month about costs put on my consideration which are sneaked onto my statement. They vary from $2.00 to $9.99 and certainly will be multiples of those quantities. Every time I've named to protest, they're eliminated, confirming my feeling that they're incorrect but deliberate. Evidently you will find 'information blocks' and 'purchase blocks' you are able to affect your quantity, which after twelve months I then found out about. Additionally, the Samsung they market (my spouse and that I equally possess the same telephone) has horrible sound. It's extremely difficult for all of US to speak. Talking to others isn't an issue nonetheless. After I reported numerous occasions, they ultimately changed my telephones under warranty. These 2 are slightly better. I'm trying to get free from my agreement, expecting a call-back. When I am not 'dead' or calle dto military responsibility, they'll fight me. Whatever happened to quality items and customer support? Not at ATT Wireless!!
