Won’t cancel my dead husband’s phone

This is the way reduced Run telephone support is…. My spouse died but just before his demise we requested Run to show off his cellphone support while he was in hospital. (They did that) Once he died I named the organization to possess his cellphone taken off the household program consideration. First they switched off all of the telephones and that I needed to call-back and obtain the telephones that belonged to reside family unit members switched back on.
